Huskeradio and KODY concluded their 2020 KODY North Platte Candidate Debate series with North Platte City Council Wards one and four races on Wednesday.
North Platte City Council Ward one features incumbent Jim Backenstose and Donna Tryon while ward four features incumbent Lawrence Ostendorf and Mark Woods.
