DON BADER TRACK INVITE RESULTS
The Annual Don Bader Track Invite in Lexington was held on Thursday with several area teams competing. Team scores are not kept at this meet, however individual results were available. North Platte girl’s were led by Sydney Barner, who won the 3200 meter run and finished second in the 1600 meter run.
On the boy’s side the Bulldogs were led by their 4×8 relay, which took home gold. Joey Larson also brought home gold medals, winning the shot put by nearly two feet and the discus by more than 15 feet.

NEBRASKA TRACK AND FIELD FESTIVAL RESULTS
Several of North Platte’s boys track and fielders went to the Nebraska Track and Field Festival in Papillion Thursday. The highlight of the day for North Platte was Elliott Purdy, who won both the discus and shot put fairly handily. Full results of that meet are available here.
