WASHINGTON – Wednesday, U.S. Senator Deb Fischer (R-Neb.), a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, questioned Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin on the need for a permanent legislative solution for the nationwide sale of year-round E15, who confirmed that Congressional action is the “most durable and easiest solution to this issue.”
