A copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted and located in the meeting room. If anyone from the public wishes to speak to the Board, they are asked to sign in at the Public Information table. The Board has established rules of procedure for addressing the Board which will be followed, and in order to comply with the provisions of the Nebraska Public Meetings Law, the Board will not immediately respond to or take action on any matter raised during the Open Forum unless the matter is already on the agenda. The Board of Governors reserves the right to adjourn to closed session, if necessary, pursuant to Nebraska Public Meetings Law 84-141.

The Board will consider authorizing the MPCC President to close on the lot located at 1905 Iron Eagle Court.
5.4 NPCC McDonald-Belton Air Handling & Electrical Upgrade
The Board will consider air handling and electrical upgrades for McDonald-Belton.
5.5 MCC’s McMillen Hall Second Floor Classroom Furniture Package
The Board will consider bids for a furniture package for the second floor of McMillen Hall.
5.6 MCC’s Tipton Hall Demolition
The Board will consider bids for the demolition of Tipton Hall.
5.7 Athletic Insurance
The Board will consider approving Athletic Accident insurance and Catastrophic insurance bids.
5.8 General Liability Insurance
The Board will consider bids for General Liability Insurance.
5.9 McCook College Foundation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
The Board will consider approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with McCook College Foundation.
5.10 Canvas LMS Software Renewal
The Board will consider the renewal for the Canvas LMS Software subscription.
5.11 2025-2026 Dual Credit Tuition Rate
The Board will consider the dual credit tuition rate for 2025-26.
