April 12, 2024 (Lincoln, Neb.) — Weather permitting, today, April 12, an eastbound I-80 off ramp
closure to southbound US-77 will occur at the US-77 and I-80 interchange (Exit 397) for overnight bridge
work, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
The I-80 off ramp will be closed starting at 7:00 p.m. and will re-open no later than 6:00 a.m. the following
morning. Anticipated completion is April 13.
The detour route for the closure will utilize exit 395 to take NW 48th Street south to West O Street. At
West O Street, traffic will travel east to access southbound US-77 at the US-77 and West O Street
interchange. The detour route will be identified by signing and/or portable dynamic message boards.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
