March 21, 2024 (Lincoln, Neb.) — The Nebraska State Highway Commission will hold its regular
meeting and District 3 construction program hearing on March 28, 2024, at 6 p.m. CST at the Norfolk
City Council Chambers in Norfolk (309 N 5th St). This in-person meeting can also be attended virtually
