Feb. 6, 2024 (Lincoln, Neb.) — Governor Pillen, together with the Nebraska Department of
Transportation (NDOT) and the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), will host
a press conference on Feb. 8 to recognize, honor and proclaim Feb. 12 through Feb. 26 Nebraska
Snow Fighters Week.
Nebraska’s Snow Fighters have battled historic storms in 2023 and 2024 on our roadways and at
our airports to preserve essential travel during the winter months for our ag producers, businesses,
families and communities.
