DECEMBER 28, 2023 (NORTH PLATTE, NEB.) — Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol have apprehended the suspect of a shooting investigation. The shooting occurred in Saratoga, Wyoming on December 16.
Wednesday evening, NSP received information that a suspect wanted in connection with the shooting may be traveling through Nebraska. At approximately 10:20 p.m. a trooper located the vehicle in which the suspect was believed to be traveling, a BMW SUV, as it was driving westbound on Interstate 80 near Gothenburg, near mile marker 210.
The trooper performed a traffic stop and took the suspect into custody without incident. Victoria Tidball, 28, of Saratoga, Wyoming, was lodged in Dawson County Jail for a warrant related to the shooting investigation.
