Gov. Pillen and NSP Colonel Bolduc to Present Law Enforcement Awards

LINCOLN, NE – Governor Jim Pillen will be joined by Colonel John Bolduc of the Nebraska State Patrol in presenting awards to two law enforcement officers who recently responded to a vehicle crash and acted quickly to save an infant stuck in the wreckage.

Trooper Alex Coffman will receive NSP’s Lifesaver Award. Lincoln County Deputy Tyler Schultz, who also responded to the scene and assisted with the rescue, will be honored with a public service award.

The Patrol has honored troopers, law enforcement officers and citizens previously for their heroic efforts. This is the first time Gov. Pillen has participated in the presentation.

This news conference is open to credentialed media.
