The Walk for Willow was held a couple Saturdays ago in Cody Park. The walk to raise awareness for Cornelia de Lange Syndrome and raise donations for Willow’s medical expenses, which includes a trip to Philadelphia to learn more about the rare disease.

The family set a goal of fifty race entries for the day. The city of North Platte and beyond came together to not just hit that goal, but they nearly quadrupled the goal. There were an astonishing 194 race entries for the cause. The family was extremely appreciative for the turn out as Willow’s fight continues.
