- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on July 3, 2023
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Authorize the Chairman to sign the federal excise tax return for PCORI fee (Affordable Care Act)
- Special designated liquor permit submitted by Old Depot Vineyard & Winery for musical event at that location for July 21, 2023
- Special designated liquor permit submitted by Old Depot Vineyard & Winery for musical event at that location for July 28, 2023
- Special designated liquor permit submitted by Old Depot Vineyard & Winery for a wedding reception on August 5, 2023
- Receive and order fee reports submitted by the County Clerk and Register of Deeds
- Authorize the Chairman to sign the 2023-01 asphalt contract with Western Engineering Company, Inc.
- Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of engagement with McChesney Martin Sagehorn for 2023/2024 budget services
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
