The North Platte FNBO Nationals Senior baseball program will kick off it’s season this coming week, May 17th with Ogallala in town and hopes are high to build on success from last year’s group that had success.
The North Platte Senior’s team qualified for state and won several games, finishing with one of the best seasons in recent history. Now, a younger group will take over with Head Coach Ricky Holm in his second year at the helm. Next Tuesday they’ll host Ogallala at 7:30 to kick off the season at Bill Wood Field.
A new Junior’s coach has also been announced in Kole Harrach. The Juniors will open their season May 18th at Lexington at 5:30. That game will be followed by the Seniors game at 8 PM.
