3. Adopt the Resolution recommending the inclusion of the North Platte Regional Airport within the boundaries of the Nebraska International Port of the Plains. (Pages 62-64)
4. First reading and action on Ordinance No. 4218 to amend § 90.09 of the Code of the City of North Platte relating to animals in public parks. (Pages 65-66) (Bill Troshynski, City Attorney)
5. Second reading and action on Ordinance No. 4215 to create Paving District No. 843 on Bryan Avenue from the intersection of Francis Street thence heading south on Bryan Avenue approximately 267 feet. (Pages 67-69) (Brent Burklund, City Engineer)

First reading and action on Ordinance No. 4217 to create Sanitary Sewer Connection District No. 23 (an 8” P.V.C. sanitary sewer located east of Buffalo Bill Avenue, starting north of Spring Road thence south along the west alley of Valley Drive to State Farm Road) approximately 1,575 feet. 7. Third reading and action to adopt Ordinance No. 4203 to amend the City of North Platte Code of Ordinances Sections 156.236 and 156.237 changing sexually oriented businesses from a permitted use in an I-1 Light Industrial District to a conditional use in an I-1 Light Industrial District.
