May 13, 2024 (Lincoln, Neb.) — Weather permitting, work will begin May 20 on County Road 735,
from 608 Avenue to 609 Avenue, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
United Contractors, Inc. of Johnston, Iowa is the contractor for this project. Work includes bridge
construction and grading. County Road 735 will be closed, and traffic will be detoured onto N-41.
Anticipated completion is Oct. 2024.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones
down.
