- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Authorize the Chair to sign the right-of-way application submitted by Spectrum/Charter Authorize the Chair to sign the right-of-way application submitted by Dawson Public Power District.
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on November 10, 2025
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Cindy Daves on tax list corrections prior to 2022
- Tax list correction for 2022, 2023, & 2024 on property owned by Cindy Daves
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Discuss and consider action on an application by Fredrich and Colleen Wahl for Prairie View Estates 2nd Administrative Subdivision located at 735 and 798 East Blue Stem Lane in an R-2 Urban Estates District on property described as Lots 6 and 7, Block 3, Prairie View Estates 2nd Subdivision, Lincoln County, Nebraska.
Discuss and consider action on an application by Raymond and Darice Sundstrom for Clemmons Subdivision located at 8190 South Highlands Drive in an R-2 Urban Density District described as Part of the NW ¼ of Section 31, Township 13 N, Range 30 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.

- 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider signing an agreement with Oak Creek Engineering for Fracture Critical Bridge Inspections for 2025
- 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider interlocal agreement for Emergency Management services with the City of North Platte.
- 10:15 A.M. Discuss and consider interlocal agreement for Network Services with the City of North Platte.
- 10:30 A.M. Discuss and consider interlocal agreement for Maintenance of Roads with the City of North Platte.
- 10:45 A.M. Discuss and consider Resolution addressing rules and regulations for Lincoln County Board meetings.
