2. First reading and action on Ordinance No. 4228 authorizing the issuance by the City of North Platte, NE of its General Obligation Various Purpose Bonds, $19,500,000, in one or more series, for the purpose of paying the costs of improving streets and intersections in Street Improvement District Nos. 330, 335-357, 359, 362 and 364 and Paving District Nos. 836, 837, 838, 839 and 842, and paying the costs of water improvements in Water Extension District No. 267. 3. First reading and action on Ordinance No. 4227 to adopt the Revised Salary Schedule for fiscal year 2025-2026. (Pages 47-64) (Layne Groseth, City Administrator)
4. Accept the lease proposal and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents regarding lease purchase financing with U.S. Bancorp Government Leasing and Finance, Inc. for one (1) 2025 Elgin Pelican NP Dual Side Broom Street Sweeper for use by the Street Department in the total amount of $277,317. 5. Ratify all actions of Layne Groseth, our LARM representative, identified in the minutes of the Annual Members Meeting ofthe League Association of Risk Management on September 24, 2025, including election of nominees to the LARM Board of Directors.
