- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on August 18, 2025
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Adoption of Resolution No. 2025-16 granting the conditional use permit to AHA III Properties, LLC for a conditional use permit to allow construction of a private recreational camp that will include 3 small cabins and 1 larger lodge. The property is located approximately 4 miles west of the Sutherland Reservoir in a TA-1 Transitional Agricultural District and described as Lots 4, 5, 6 & Accretions and Part of the N ½ S ½ of Section 8, Township 13 N, Range 34 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
- Receive an order filed final report of distress warrants on personal property and real estate from the County Treasurer
- Authorize the Chair to sign the right-of-way permit submitted by Consolidated Companies Inc.
- Authorize the Chair to sign the right-of-way permit submitted by Charter Communications LLC
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on August 18, 2025
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor special designated liquor permits submitted by Pal’s Brewing Company for the Homestead Pumpkin Patch on the following dates: September 20, September 27, October 3, October 10 and November 8, 1025
- Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on August 18, 2025
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider the request of Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and Lincoln County Road Department for approval of roadway markings for Aircraft Speed Enforcement
- 9:45 A.M Discuss and consider adoption of Resolution No. 2025-17 by Lincoln County determining the final allocation of levy for political subdivisions under the county levy limit
