- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed amended fee report submitted by the County Clerk
- Authorize the Chair to sign the right-of-way application submitted by Pinpoint Communications
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on August 11, 2025
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Public Hearing Discuss and consider action on an application by AHA III Properties, LLC for a conditional use permit to allow construction of a private recreational camp that will include 3 small cabins and 1 larger lodge. The property is located approximately 4 miles west of the Sutherland Reservoir in a TA-1 Transitional Agricultural District and described as Lots 4, 5, 6 & Accretions and Part of the N ½ S ½ of Section 8, Township 13 N, Range 34 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
Discuss and consider term limits for the Planning Commission Board
Discuss and consider reappointment of Mitch Moorhead, Roger Merritt, and Russ Miller as County Planning Commission Members for a 3 year term.
Discuss and consider reappointment of Frank Fleecs and Jon McNeel to the Lincoln County Board of Adjustment for a 3 year term
- 9:40 A.M. Quarterly report by Thomas Gann, Veterans Service Officer
- 9:55 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Chair to sign the engagement letter with Dvorak Law Group for representation in pending habeas corpus actions
Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)
