- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Authorize the Chairman to sign the National Functional Classification Road/Street maps for NDOT as reviewed by the County Highway Supt.
- Receive and order filed the Condition of the Treasury report from 1-1-2025 to 6-30-2025 as submitted by the County Treasurer
- Special designated liquor permit submitted by Big Red Liquor for an event on August 2, 2025, at Hanging H Ranch
- Authorize the Chair to sign a letter to NE Dept of Economic Development identifying the North Platte Area Chamber & Development Corp. and Gary Person as the lead agency and administrator responsible for handling the economic development efforts for Lincoln County

- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Letters of explanation for late filing of the homestead exemption applications
- Property valuation change numbered 2025-019 as submitted by the County Assessor

- 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider adopting Resolution No. 2025-13 approving the application by Cedar Bluffs, LLC (Joe Wahlgren) and Luke and Julie Rickertsen for a conditional use permit to allow a home site development consisting of approximately thirty separate 10-acre buildable sites. The property is located near Jeffrey Reservoir in a TA-1 Agricultural District and described as Part of Section 9, Township 11 N, Range 27 W lying east of county road and land in the South ½ of Section 10, Township 11N, Range 27 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
Discuss and consider adopting Resolution No. 2025-14 approving the application by Tracy and Joyce Peterson for a conditional use permit to allow construction of a seasonal dwelling to be used part-time as a counseling clinic. The property is located at 15499 South Snell Canyon Road in a TA-1 Transitional Agricultural District and described as Part of the W ½ SW ¼ Lying South of County Road in Section 24, Township 12 N, Range 28 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
