North Platte, NE — The Lincoln County Republican Party invites the community to come together for an afternoon of connection, kindness, and summertime fun at the Watermelon & Lemonade Feed and Food Drive, taking place on Sunday, July 20.
This free, family-friendly event offers free refreshing watermelon, ice-cold lemonade, and the opportunity to give back to local families in need through a community food drive.
“This event is about more than good food and summer fellowship,” organizers said. “It’s about coming together as neighbors to support one another and strengthen the community we all share.”
Open to the public, the event offers a chance for families, friends, and individuals from across the area to:
- Enjoy a relaxing afternoon outdoors
- Support local food pantries with non-perishable donations
- Connect with others who care about making a difference
Together, we can show what a caring, connected community looks like—generous in spirit, strong in unity, and committed to helping one another.
