- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Authorize the Vice Chair to sign the Form 720 Quarterly Federal Excise tax return for PCORI fees on health insurance plans (Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute)
- Authorize the Vice Chair to sign the amended contract for services with William Troshynski
- Receive and order filed the fee reports submitted by the Register of Deeds, County Sheriff and County Clerk
- Authorize the Vice Chair to sign the letter of engagement with McChesney Martin Sagehorn for 2025/2026 budget services
- Authorize the Vice Chair to sign the Region II interlocal participation agreement for the 2025/2026 behavioral health services
- Authorize the Vice Chair to sign the right-of-way permit submitted by Beveridge Well Drilling

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on July 7, 2025
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Letter of explanation for late filing for the homestead exemption application
- Authorizing confession of judgment in Case No. 24R-0800 before the Nebraska Tax Equalization and Review Commission
- Authorizing the request for a full panel hearing for Case No. 24R-0832 before the Nebraska Tax Equalization and Review Commission

Public Hearing – Discuss and consider action on an application by Tracy and Joyce Peterson for a conditional use permit to allow construction of a seasonal dwelling to be used part-time as a counseling clinic. The property is located at 15499 South Snell Canyon Road in a TA-1 Transitional Agricultural District and described as Part of the W ½ SW ¼ Lying South of County Road in Section 24, Township 12 N, Range 28 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
Public Hearing – Discuss and consider action on an application by Cedar Bluffs, LLC (Joe Wahlgren) and Luke and Julie Rickertsen for a conditional use permit to allow a home site development consisting of approximately thirty separate 10-acre buildable sites. The property is located near Jeffrey Reservoir in a TA-1 Agricultural District and described as Part of Section 9, Township 11 N, Range 27 W lying east of county road and land in the South ½ of Section 10, Township 11N, Range 27 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
- 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider special designated liquor permit submitted by the Golden Spike Tower and Visitors Center for an after-hours social/tasting on August 1, 2025, at the Golden Spike Tower and Visitors Center
- 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider sending a letter of recommendation of Lincoln County Deputy Attorney Tyler Volkmer for Dawson County District Court Judge appointment
