Jersey Mike’s has officially opened its North Platte location with a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday. The New Jersey-based sandwich shop was founded in 1956 and has more than 2,800 locations across America in all 50 states. “It’s always a great day when we can celebrate a new restaurant opening in North Platte.” said Mayor Brandon Kelliher.
Jersey Mike’s specializes in their jumbo subs with cold cuts and toppings. The restaurant is open until 9 P.M. everyday and located at 201 Platte Oasis Pkwy Suite 2.
