The North Platte Lady Bulldogs soccer team earned the top seed for the Greater Nebraska Activities Conference soccer tournament to be played on their home turf this weekend.
North Platte (6-1) will have Friday off with a bye and will await the winner of #4 Scottsbluff and #5 Columbus. North Platte girl’s will play that winner Saturday at 12 PM. Gering is the two seed and gets a first round game Saturday against third-seeded Hastings. All games are played at North Platte High School and Madison Soccer Fields in North Platte on Friday and Saturday, with the championship game at 2 PM.
On the boy’s side, North Platte earned the four seed and will play on Friday against #5 Scottsbluff at 5:00 PM. The winner of that match advances to face top-seeded Columbus Saturday at noon. All games are played at North Platte High School and Madison Soccer Fields as well. The boy’s championship will be held on Saturday at 4 PM.
