Out with the old, in with the New, well sort of. The newly designed Nebraska license plate will feature the same idea but a truer portrayal of the Nebraska Sower. The new design will replace the previously announced version that state officials pulled after the artist whose drawing was used told the newspaper that he had mistakenly based his design on the wrong sower.
