The body of an adult male was found Wednesday afternoon in the canal the leads into the Sutherland Reservoir. According to the Lincoln county sheriffs office, the deputies responded to a call of a body in the canal near the Gerald Gentleman power plant south of Sutherland, upon arrival the deputies secured the body, tire tracks were found upstream from where the body was found. An autopsy is scheduled, while a dive team will search for a vehicle, the incident is currently under investigation.
