Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on March 16, 2026, at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the DISTRICT COURT ROOM at 9:00 A.M.

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on March 16, 2026, at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the DISTRICT COURT ROOM at 9:15 A.M.

  1. Open with prayer
  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on March 9, 2026
  1. Public Comment Period
  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Receive and order filed the fee reports submitted by the Register of Deeds and County Sheriff
  • Authorize the Chair to sign right-of-way permit #1 submitted by Consolidated Companies
  • Authorize the Chair to sign right-of-way permit #2 submitted by Consolidated Companies

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on March 9, 2026
  • Public Comment Period
  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

 

 

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

  1. 9:20 A.M. Proclamation to declare the week of March 51-21, 2026, as Agriculture Week in Nebraska
  1. 9:30 A.M           Public Hearing – Discuss and consider adoption of the 2026 Lincoln County Nebraska Comprehensive Plan and related materials.
  2. Public Hearing – Discuss and consider adoption of the 2026 Lincoln County Nebraska Zoning regulations, Official Zoning Map and related materials.

Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)

Hear concerns from Elected Officials, Department Heads, or their representative.
