Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on November 10, 2025, at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on November 3, 2025
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed the fee reports submitted by Clerk of District Court, County Clerk, County Sheriff and Register of Deeds
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on November 3, 2025
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Motor vehicle tax exemption application as submitted by the County Treasurer
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider recommendation to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission for a manager change amendment for Fast Stop 1155 Inc. located in Sutherland, NE69:40 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Chair to sign the Memorandum of Understanding between NE Dept. of Veteran’s Affairs and Lincoln County
- 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider purchase of a tandem snowplow truck for Lincoln County Department of Roads
- 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider interlocal agreement for Network Services with the City of North Platte
- 10:10 A.M. Discuss and consider interlocal agreement for Maintenance of Roads with the City of North Platte
- 10:20 A.M. Discuss and consider Resolution addressing rules and regulations for Lincoln County Board meetings
