  1. First reading and action on Ordinance No. 4254 to issue Combined Utilities Revenue Bonds, in one or more series, in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 to pay the costs of certain improvements to the Combined Utilities of the City of North Platte. (Dawn Miller, Director of Finance)
  2. Accept the Certificate of Completion for Sanitary Sewer Connection District No. 22 (located on Echo Drive approximately 1300 feet south of Walker Road; thence north to Walker Road; thence west along Walker Road to Buffalo Bill Avenue) and set the Board of Equalization for July 21, 2026.   3. Adopt the recommendation by the City Planning Commission for preliminary and final approval of Legends Second Subdivision located at 4714 West State Farm Road in an R-L Suburban Residential District. (Judy Clark, Development Director)
  4. Adopt the recommendation by the City Planning Commission for preliminary and final approval of Platteview 5th Replat located at 1903 and 1905 East 6th Street in an I-1 Light Industrial District. (Judy Clark, Development Director)
