- First reading and action on Ordinance No. 4254 to issue Combined Utilities Revenue Bonds, in one or more series, in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 to pay the costs of certain improvements to the Combined Utilities of the City of North Platte. (Dawn Miller, Director of Finance)
- Accept the Certificate of Completion for Sanitary Sewer Connection District No. 22 (located on Echo Drive approximately 1300 feet south of Walker Road; thence north to Walker Road; thence west along Walker Road to Buffalo Bill Avenue) and set the Board of Equalization for July 21, 2026. - Adopt the recommendation by the City Planning Commission for preliminary and final approval of Legends Second Subdivision located at 4714 West State Farm Road in an R-L Suburban Residential District. (Judy Clark, Development Director)
