- Adopt Resolution No. 2026-15 on an application by Jeffrey and Amy Short for a conditional use permit to allow construction of a 2nd home located at 5984 West State Farm Road in a TA-1 Transitional Agricultural District on property described as Part of the NE ¼ of Section 23, Township 13 N, Range 31 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
- Adopt Resolution 2026-16 on an application by Forbes Bros Timberline Construction Inc, (lessee) and Open Box F Farm, LLC (lessor) for a conditional use permit to allow a temporary construction site and helicopter yard located approximately 0.6 miles east of the intersection of North Highway 83 along the north side of East Auble Road in an A-1 Agricultural District on property described as that portion of the S ½ of the SW ¼ of fractional Section 18, Township 16 N, Range 28 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska, lying south and east of Highway 83.
- Adopt Resolution No. 2016-17 on an application by Forbes Bros Timberline Construction Inc, (lessee) and Rex and Kristie Walz (lessor) for a conditional use permit to allow a temporary construction site and helicopter yard located approximately 4.75 miles north of the intersection of East Walkers View Road along the west side of North Sandhill Road in an A-1 Agricultural District on property described as all of Section 35, Township 16 N, Range 30 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
- Adopt Resolution No. 2026-18 on an application by Forbes Bros Timberline Construction Inc, (lessee) and CV Land Holdings, LLC (lessor) for a conditional use permit to allow a temporary construction site and helicopter yard located approximately 6 miles north of the intersection of North Viersen Road on the west side of North Highway 97 in an A-1 Agricultural District on property described as all of Section 33, Township 16 N, Range 31 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
- Adopt Resolution No. 2026-19 on an application by Forbes Bros Timberline Construction Inc, (lessee) and Board of Educational Lands and Funds (lessor) for a conditional use permit to allow a temporary construction site and helicopter yard located approximately 2 miles south of the intersection of west Birdwood Road on the east side of North Birdwood Road in an A-1 Agricultural District on property described as all of Section 36, Township 16 N, Range 33 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
- Adopt Resolution No. 2026-20 on an application by Forbes Bros Timberline Construction Inc, (lessee) and Gary Trego (lessor) for a conditional use permit to allow a temporary construction site and helicopter yard located approximately 1 mile north of the intersection of West North River Road on the east side of North Prairie Trace Road in an A-1 Agricultural District on property described as all of Section 33, Township 15 N, Range 33 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
