- Authorizing the Chair to sign the special designated liquor permit submitted by Aden Enterprises LLC for a wedding reception to be held at The Farmhouse on June 20, 2026
- Authorizing the Chair to sign the right-of-way permit submitted by Viaero Fiber Networks LLC

Public Hearing – Discuss and consider action on an application by Jeffery and Robyn Huffman for a conditional use permit to allow a wedding/reception venue located at 12401 West Island Road in a TA-1 Transitional Agricultural District on property described as a tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 13 North, Range 29 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
Public Hearing – Discuss and consider action on an application by Neil and Casandra Sundstrom for a conditional use permit to allow a small scale campground with RV sites located at 10960 Miller Road in a TA-1 Transitional Agricultural District on property described as Lot 13 and the West ½ of Lot Fourteen in Section 3, Township 12 North, Range 28 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
- 9:50 A.M. Update by Dan Newton from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office concerning purchase of sidearms
