2. Authorize changing the name of the City of North Platte Park, located at “A” Street and Dewey Street, from Pioneer Park to Governors’ Park. (Layne Groseth, City Administrator)
3. Authorize using $3,566.00 from the City Contingency Fund for the new sign for Governors’ Park. (Layne Groseth, City Administrator)
4. Third reading and action to adopt Ordinance No. 4230 annexing Parcel ID #0054535.00 described as Lot 13 Cody Land & Cattle and Part of Tract E, Lincoln County, Nebraska, into the corporate limits of the City of North Platte, Nebraska consisting of approximately 2.00 acres. 5. Accept bids and award contract for Paving District No. 840 and Paving District No. 841 to Level, LLC of North Platte in the amount of $2,799,340.30 and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract. (Brent Burklund, City Engineer)
6. First reading and action on Ordinance No. 4216 to amend Ordinance No. 4208, relating to Paving District No. 842. (Bill Troshynski, City Attorney)
7. Adopt the Resolution approving claim and authorizing the issuance of one warrant to Midlands Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $116,754.10, to pay approved claim and referring to and incorporating the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 3874 relating to warrant financing. First reading and action on the recommendation of North Platte Historic Preservation Commission and Planning Commission to adopt Ordinance No. 4244 amending the North Platte City Code of Ordinances Section 33.07 Historic Preservation Commission.
