Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on March 2, 2026, at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on March 2, 2026, at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on February 23, 2026
  1. Public Comment Period
  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Special designated liquor permit submitted by La Casa Del Rios LLC for an event at the Lincoln County Historical Museum on March 27, 2026

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on February 23, 2026
  • Public Comment Period
  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

  1. 9:40 A.M. Update by Todd Herndon, Lincoln County Noxious Weed Supt.

Discuss and consider purchasing a spray truck for the Lincoln County Noxious Weed Department

  1. 10:00 A.M. Discussion with Lincoln County Dive Team concerning vehicle needs for transport of volunteers and equipment

Discuss and consider acquiring a vehicle for the Lincoln County Dive Team from another county department

  1. 10:20 A.M. Discuss and consider a special designated liquor permit submitted by Skyline Liquor for an event at The Farmhouse on April 4, 2026

Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)
