7. First reading and action to approve Ordinance No. 4220 to create Special Water Improvement District No. 7 to replace the existing 8″ water main along Dewey Street from Philip Avenue to Leota Street for NDOT Project No. NH-83-2(129) Control No. 61360. (Pages 81-82) (Brent Burklund, City Engineer)
8. Second reading and action to approve Ordinance No. 4219 to create Street Improvement District No. 365 for NDOR Project No. NH-83-2(129) on U.S. Highway 83 (Dewey Street) from Leota Street to First Street. (Pages 83-84) (Brent Burklund, City Engineer)
9. Third reading and action to approve Ordinance No. 4217 to create Sanitary Sewer Connection District No. 23 (an 8″ P.V.C. sanitary sewer located east of Buffalo Bill Avenue, starting north of Spring Road thence south along the west alley of Valley Drive to State Farm Road) approximately 1,575 feet.
