  1. Open with prayer
  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on May 5, 2025
  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Receive and order filed the fee reports submitted by the County Sheriff, County Clerk, and the Register of Deeds.

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on May 5, 2025
  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Discuss & consider offer to confess judgment in case number 24R-0350 before the Nebraska Tax Equalization and Review Commission.

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

  1. 9:30 A.M. Presentation by 6 Regions One Nebraska.
  1. 9:50 A.M. Discuss & consider authorizing the Chair to sign a proclamation recognizing Peace Officer Memorial Day as May 15th, 2025 in Lincoln County.
  1. 10:05 A.M. Discuss & consider lighting on the south side of the original courthouse building.
  1. 10:15 A.M. Presentation by Allo Communications for a broadband expansion project in Lincoln County.

Discuss & consider BEAD letter of support for Allo Communications.

  1. 10:25 A.M. Discuss & consider entering into a property management agreement with the Nebraska International Port of the Plains.

Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)
