Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on April 14, 2025, at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.
Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on April 14, 2025, at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on April 7, 2025
3. Consider the following:
• Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
• Receive and order filed the fee reports submitted by the County Sheriff & Register of Deeds.
• Discuss and consider 2025 Engineering agreement with T.C. Engineering.
• Special designated liquor permit submitted by Pals Brewing Co., for an event at the Homestead Pumpkin Patch on May 24th, 2025.
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
• Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on April 7, 2025
• Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

6. 9:45 A.M. Update by Val Jansente of Congressman Adrian Smith’s Office
(Val Jansente will also be hosting a Mobile Office on 4-14-2025 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Lincoln County Courthouse)
7. 10:00 A.M. Presentation by Nextlink on broadband project (BEAD)
8. 10:15 A.M. Discuss and consider Lincoln County acting as a Community Development Block Grant pass through entity for the Las Mananitas project.
9. 10:25 A.M. Discuss and consider adoption of Resolution 2025-10 extending the temporary moratorium upon development of Commercial and/or Utility Grade Wind and Solar Energy Conversion Systems.
10. 10:35 A.M. Discuss and consider de-obligating Lincoln County from COPS grant funding, and authorize the chair to sign associated documents.
11. 10:40 A.M. Discuss and Consider proposal for Project C56-(2517) S&E Banner Rd.
12. 10:45 A.M. Discuss and Consider proposal from ShelCo for Hershey Dickens Rd. Repairs.
Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)
