The North Platte track and field teams competed in Omaha at the Jo Dusatko Invite Thursday, finishing in fourth on the boys side and fifth on the girls.
The day was highlighted by Kymani Sterling, who won the 100, 200 and 400 meter dashes for the Bulldogs, building quite the team score on his own for North Platte. Teammate Nic Davis also earned gold in shot put as well. The Lady Bulldogs were led by gold-medalist Ellie Rankin, who won shot put.
