Bulldog Golfers 2nd at Wildhorse

The North Platte Bulldog’s golf team battled winds and rough weather at one of the tougher courses in the state and still ended up in second, just four strokes off the team title. At Wildhorse Golf Course at the Gothenburg Invite, North Platte finished at 347 as a team,  just behind McCook who won the invite at 343. GI Northwest was third at 352.

Individually, GI Northwest’s Marcus Eriksen took the crown with an 80. McCook’s Brady Esch was second at 81 with North Platte’s Kasch Morrison coming in third at 82. Fellow Bulldog Drew Phillips finished at 86, good for seventh. North Platte’s Jayden Jones, Finn Lucas and Tanner Ruda all shot a 90.
